One Subject at a Time...

Literally. One subject at a time. It's great. I know one subject, then I move on to the next subject, and then I know that subject...unfortunately, I've just forgotten the last subject!

So, if they test on only one subject, the one I happen to know at the time, I should be just fine.

Yeah, I'll review one subject right before the exam, and then that will be the one I know! Maybe it will be good for one essay!

The second day of the 2/06 bar (MY LAST BAR!) I hear everyone say, "Huh? Civ Pro was a 'fer-sure'! It'll be there on Thursday. I felt the same way, too. So, Thursday over breakfast I pulled out the CMR and re-read CivPro focusing on Res J and C. Est. I walked into the exam. I opened the test question booklet, and there before my eyes was the CIV PRO question, right on Res J and C. Est.

Go with your gut. Go with the conventional wisdom. Go away with a 1460!

Good luck,

You know, I heard a similar story from my friend. He was reading a CP outline right before the first essay because it was supposed to be a tested subject, went into the exam, opened the book, and whaddya know..."Hank and Wilma..."

It's the law of attraction combined with our subconscious...we gotta narrow it down to what's expected and just bank on it being there!
