What's Hot in Crim Law!

According to Barbri and other blogs, these are the hot topics tested in Crim law on the exam:

1. The mental states for crime in general, and the specific intent crimes with their particular defenses
2. Transferred intent
3. Accomplice liability
4. Inchoate crimes, especially conspiracy
5. Intoxication defense
6. Infancy defense
7. Self-Defense
8. All time favorite – Mistake of fact
8. Homicide crimes in general
9. In particular, the five defenses to felony murder
10. Distinguish between larceny, embezzlement, and false pretenses
11. Robbery, burglary, and arson

Having taken the exam before (oh, ha ha) and through my current MBE studying, I find this list to be very accurate. Hope it helps!

This list is for the mbe's, right?
Do you think they would really test crimlaw again on the essays?
I somehow think it will be crimpro this time, with a CA evidence twist. Hmm, do you think?

Oh yeah, this list is for the MBE portion. I do think a crim pro q may be coming on the essays, then it'll be something to do with admitting evidence after a possibly invalid search...God forbid a CA evidence twist, but that sounds just like them.

Geez. Study it all. After the last time, there's just no way to know!!

I heard Whitbread say the 5 defenses to felony murder also... but what are they?
