I love this sunshine. I'm going to go scare neighbors by flopping my pale, pasty body onto a lounge chair by the pool while muttering the elements of murder under my breath.

I just walked around the park next to my house for half and hour listening to Crim Pro lectures. I only JUST discovered yesterday that my Blue PMBR book (the one I used to practice last Feb and July) has NO crim pro questions. Beginning to better understand my level of awareness last year.
Hope everything's OK with you. It's sounds like some not so great stuff has happenned. I'm all for wiping 2007 off of the record books, myself! Good luck. We'll be curled up on the couch watching The Cutting Edge guilt-free, soon enough.
